Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 April 2026

Agreement

By using Dorsle (dorsle.com and app.dorsle.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

Dorsle provides brand management infrastructure — tools for storing, governing, and sharing your brand identity, assets, and guidelines. The service is provided as-is during the Beta period. Features may change.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account
  • One account per person — do not share credentials

Your content

You retain ownership of all brand data, assets, and content you upload to Dorsle. By uploading content, you grant Dorsle a limited licence to store and serve it as part of providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

Acceptable use

You may not use Dorsle to:

  • Upload illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights
  • Attempt to access accounts or data that isn't yours
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying source code
  • Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it

Early access and Beta

During the Beta period, Dorsle is offered free of charge (Pro tier) to early access users who sign up before 31st May 2026. This is subject to these terms.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or access during Beta. We will give reasonable advance notice of any material changes.

Limitation of liability

Dorsle is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dorsle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you can request an export of your data within 30 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
